1. General Information

hmsastore (operated by ELSHAIMA B MOHAMMED LTD) is a global multi-vendor marketplace. Orders are dispatched from various international fulfillment centers based on inventory availability.

  1. Split Shipments: To ensure faster delivery, items in a single order may be shipped separately from different warehouses. You will receive individual tracking details for each package at no extra cost.

2. Processing Time (Handling)

We strive to dispatch all orders promptly.

  1. Standard Processing: 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  2. Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days.
  3. Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners.

Disclaimer: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delays can occur due to customs clearance, invalid addresses, or unforeseen logistics issues.

4. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Important Notice for International Customers:

Shipments crossing international borders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country's government.

  1. DDU Policy (Delivered Duty Unpaid): hmsastore does not collect these fees at checkout.
  2. Customer Responsibility: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
  3. Refusal of Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to a refusal to pay customs fees, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping costs and any applicable administrative fees from the refund amount.

5. Address Accuracy & Requirements

  1. Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. hmsastore is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  2. Regional Requirements: For deliveries to the Middle East (e.g., KSA, Egypt, UAE), we strongly recommend providing a National ID number or National Address Code in the order notes to facilitate smooth customs clearance and local delivery.

6. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the logistics provider's system.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  1. Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  2. Lost Packages: If a package is marked as "Delivered" but not received, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If still missing, contact us to initiate an investigation with the carrier.
  3. Liability: We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided.

8. Force Majeure

hmsastore shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, customs delays, or global supply chain disruptions.
